About the Management Team

Mr. Eddie Mikhaili, President and founder, is a Telecom Professional with over 23 years of experience in business start ups, sales, technical engineering, managing, directing and implementing end-to-end network solutions in Wire-line and Wireless arenas. Mr. Mikhaili collaborates with customers by devising innovative marketing strategies, technical solutions that meet their needs, while educating them with respect to available products and services.

Mr. Mikhaili launched Rapid Access Solutions Engineering, Planning and Consulting company in Canada in 2002 and ultimately RAS expanded to the Caribbean to deliver next generation fiber transport, VoIP, Data, Wireless backhaul and Wi-Fi solutions and services to the Caribbean clients.

Some of Mr. Mikhaili's major accomplishments consist of;

  1. The first successful WiMAX 802.16e deployment in North America with Redline Communications;

  2. During Eddie's 10 years with Alcatel he directed the design and engineering of the largest end-to-end Fiber Optic Access network consisting of over 23,000 Km of Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) across Canada and the Northeast US;

  3. Co-designed the transport and access network for NYTA (NY City underground subway system).
